Guide to using SHU RefWorks

Important Notice: Zotero will soon replace Refworks

Seton Hall University Libraries is notifying all Refworks account holders (and anyone who has registered for a Refworks account) that the university's subscription to Refworks will be ending January 1st, 2017.

On this date your Refworks account will be permanently closed.

To assist you with this change, Seton Hall University Libraries has created a guide with instructions on how to save and export all your Refworks citations. This guide (which will be updated) also provides information about using a free bibliographic citation manager we are recommending as an alternative to Refworks, called Zotero.

How to Access Existing RefWorks Accounts

To access your existing RefWorks account, Click on RefWorks

Note: Remote users accessing RefWorks from off campus must enter the Group Code prior to the personal Login name and Password.

The Group Code for Seton Hall is RWSetonHU.
