MEDLINE - PubMed
PubMed contains journal citations on health services research including clinical and non-clinical (emphasizing health care administration, economics, planning, and policy) aspects of health care. Provides links to many sites with full text articles.
ScienceDirect
Science Direct provides full-text coverage of over 600 scientific, technical, and medical journal titles published by Elsevier Science from 1995 to the present.

netLibrary
This service offers access to a library of eBooks in a wide range of
subject areas including business, health and wellness, education, and
psychology. Although you can use some netLibrary features without logging
in, to check out eBooks or access your account from outside your library,
you must create a user account and log in to netLibrary.
Credo Reference (formerly Xreferplus) is an online reference library that provides access to 150
electronic reference books.
It includes encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri and books of quotations
in range of subject-areas covering everything from art to accountancy and
literature to law.

The University of Pennsylvania site provides more than 14,000 English books free in various formats. Books may be searched by subject.
