Call for Submissions

Curatorial Proposals
The Walsh Gallery regrets that we are no longer accepting curatorial
proposals at this time. Curatorial proposals are currently accepted on
an invitational basis only. Under no circumstances will unsolicited
proposals reviewed or acknowledged by the Walsh Gallery staff.
Artists Proposing Works for Exhibition
The Walsh Gallery is always on the
lookout for artwork for inclusion in future shows. If you would like to
submit your work for consideration, please follow the guidelines
carefully. Failure to comply with these directions will prohibit your
work from being reviewed by the staff. Please note that due to the large
number of submissions received, it may take up to four months from
receipt of your package for a review to take place. You must submit your
package with sufficient return postage, or it will not be returned under
any circumstances.
Before you submit please take the time to do the following:
- Check our mission to see if your work falls
within the parameters of what we exhibit. See

- Check the exhibition calendar to see if your
work might fit into the scope of upcoming exhibitions. See
http://library.shu.edu/gallery/calendar2007-08.htm for details.
- Do you have specific requirements with
regard to lighting, scale, technology, etc. that might prohibit your work
from being shown in the gallery? Please contact the Walsh Gallery at
brasilje@shu.edu to inquire about possible limitations before you submit.
- Please take a moment to check our past
exhibitions to see if your work is a good fit for our vision.
