http://www.monstermoving.com - This site allows people to search for new housing (to rent, or to buy) around the country. This site also has web-based tool to help people manage the logistics and costs of moving to a new location.

This web-based application is a salary calculator that allows one to compare base salaries in different cities to the relative costs of living in those cities. As a result one can see if one has to earn more or less in order to maintain the same standard of living in a different area.
