2. INFOMINE: Scholarly Internet Resource Collections
INFOMINE is intended for the introduction and use of Internet/Web resources of relevance to faculty, students, and research staff at the university level. It is being offered as a comprehensive showcase, virtual library and reference tool containing highly useful Internet/Web resources including databases, electronic journals, electronic books, bulletin boards, listservs, online library card catalogs, articles and directories of researchers, among many other types of information. INFOMINE is librarian built. Over 30 University of California and other university and college librarians have contributed to building INFOMINE.

A virtual emporium of over 400 pages of links. People who do not use the Seton Hall University Library homepage as their default page for access to key virtual reference resources often use this one.

4. Scout Report Signpost, an Internet Resource Discovery Tool
Funded by the National Science Foundation, the site provides a guide to the best resources chosen by an editorial staff. Offers a full-text search of 5,810 report summaries, 2,700 cataloged report summaries, and allows the reader to browse 2,710 Scout Reports that have been assigned Library of Congress subject headings.

Gives Internet users a one-stop site to begin research and find answers. Composed of high-quality articles from The Concise Columbia Electronic Encyclopedia, third edition, the site links 17,000 diverse articles to the resources available on Infonautics' popular online research service.
