Msgr. William Noé Field Archives & Special Collections Center Exhibit

In honor of the renaming ceremony held at the Special Collections Center on December 2, 2001, a month-long exhibit is being featured in memory of Msgr. William Noé Field (1915-2000), long-time director of the University Archives who passed away last year. A wide range of materials from Msgr. Field's personal collection can be viewed in our display area located on the first floor of the Walsh Library building between now and January 14, 2002. This detailed showcase features various looks not only into the life of Msgr. Field, but also into the history of Seton Hall life as well. Included are the McQuaid Medal, Bayley-Seton League symbols, library literature from years past, and various images of Pope John Paul II, to name just a few of the highlighted objects currently on display. For more information, call the Archives & Special Collections Center at: 761-2378. Thank you in advance for your interest!
