ARTFL (American and French Research on the Treasury of French Language) - Web Access
Consists of nearly 2,000 texts, ranging from classic works of French literature to various kinds of non-fiction prose and technical writing. The eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries are about equally represented, with a smaller selection of seventeenth century texts as well as some medieval and Renaissance texts. Genres include novels, verse, theater, journalism, essays, correspondence and treatises. Subjects include literary criticism, biology, history, economics and philosopy.

Justice Information Center; a Service of the national Criminal Justice Reference Service

The National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) is one of the most extensive sources of information on criminal and juvenile justice in the world, providing services to an international community of policymakers and professionals. The NCJRS Abstracts Database provides summaries of criminal justice literature. NCJRS is a collection of clearinghouses supporting all bureaus of the (1) U.S. Department of Justice, (2) Office of Justice Programs: the (3) National Institute of Justice, the (4) Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the (5) Bureau of Justice Statistics, the (6) Bureau of Justice Assistance, the (7) Office for Victims of Crime, and the (8) OJP Program Offices.          Index to worldwide research publications in mathematics, published by the American Mathematical Society. Includes Mathematical Reviews and Current Mathematical Publications. 

MEDLINE: PubMed and Internet Grateful Med  
       On June 26, 1997, NLM announced that its MEDLINE database of more than 8.8 million references to articles published in 3800 biomedical journals may be accessed free of charge on the World Wide Web. Two Web-based products, Internet Grateful Med and PubMed, provide this access. Below is a brief description of each system. For further information, see the documentation at each site. Health consumers are encouraged to discuss search results with their health care provider. 

Periodical Contents Index "PCI Web", 1770 - 1990/91 
        (Chadwyck-Healey) PCI Web is an electronic index to almost five million articles in 1,265 journals from approximately 1770 to 1990/91. The scope is international, including journals in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and other Western languages. 

Population Index On the Web, 1986 - present. [User's Guide
        Updated annually. Covers all fields of interest to demographers. Contains selective indexing with abstracts from journals, books, working papers, doctoral dissertations and other sources.

STAT-USA, Dates of coverage vary. 
         (Trade Point USA) Provider of the National Trade Data Bank, the US government's most comprehensive source of world trade data, including information from 130 separate databases and publications, and from over 20 government agencies.
