Zotero

1. Go to Zotero.org

2. Click on the Groups tab.

3. Click on "Create a new group."

4. Follow the prompts, adding all collaborators (it helps to ask for collaborator's Zotero emails prior to this step).

5. Your new group folder will appear in all collaborators' web and desktop Zotero libraries under "Group Libraries."

Types of Groups

• Private group libraries can only be seen by invite group members
• Public, Closed Membership group libraries can be read by others but can only be edited by group members
• Public Groups allows for anyone to join and contribute
