1. Go to Scopus.
2. Register for an account or log-in if you have previously registered.
3. Perform the search you want as an alert.
4. Click the Set Alert link (the bell icon) on the results page.

5. Confirm email details and click Set Alert.
6. Click on Alerts at the top of the page to edit or delete alert.

Note: You can set up Search Alerts, Author Citation Alerts, and Document Citation Alerts.
- Search Alerts: You will receive an alert each time one of these searches renders new results in Scopus.
- Author Citation Alerts: You will receive an e-mail each time a document of that author is cited in Scopus.
- Document Citation Alerts: You will receive an e-mail each time that document is cited in Scopus.
