Connections at Home New Jersey is a non-profit organization associated with Vanguard Medical Group, whose mission is to use technology to help decrease social isolation among the elderly, and assist patients and their families strengthen ties and stay connected. Commodity Supplemental Food Program
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious, domestically sourced and produced food, known as USDA Foods.

Family Success Centers
List of Family Success Centers by county. Services include access to information about economic self-sufficiency and job readiness as well as information and referral services (connection to off-site public and private resources).
Lifeline- discount phone service
Lifeline, an FCC program, provides low income subscribers a discount on monthly telephone service purchased from participating providers in the marketplace. Subscribers can also purchase discounted broadband from participating providers. The discounts, which can be applied to stand-alone broadband, bundled voice-broadband packages - either fixed or mobile - and stand-alone voice service - will help ensure that low-income consumers can afford 21st-century broadband and the access it provides to jobs, education and opportunities.
