LibKey Nomad

LibKey Nomad, a browser extension for Google Chrome, automatically links to full-text content from websites such as PubMed, other databases, web pages and Google Scholar.

To quote Third Iron, “LibKey Nomad keeps libraries at the heart of the research process by connecting researchers to library content, even when the user is not in the library.”

How do I install LibKey Nomad?

Installation in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave & Vivaldi is simple!  Just visit libkeynomad.com and click the icon for your browser.  Your browser will then ask you to confirm.  Choose your institution at the resulting LibKey interface and you are all set!

LibKey Nomad is a Chrome Browser extension that will identify and provide single click access to SHU Library content from publisher websites, PubMed, Wikipedia, Google Scholar and more.

To install the Chrome Extension:

• Go to the Chrome store by searching “Chrome extension store” in Google OR  https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions  

• Search “LibKey Nomad”

 • Click “Add to Chrome”

 • When the pop-up box appears, click “Add extension”
