Reciprocal Borrowing and Lending Consortium

The Reciprocal Borrowing and Lending Consortium allows ReBL card holders to access 21 member libraries (listed below) in Essex County (NJ).

The ReBL card is free. Community members must obtain the ReBL Card from their local library.

At Seton Hall University Libraries, ReBL cardholders may borrow up to six books--print books only, no e-books.

Seton Hall University students may obtain a ReBL Card from the Seton Hall University Libraries Circulation Desk (2nd floor Walsh Library), for access to ReBL member libraries.
