  • Jewish Women: A Comprehensive Historical Encyclopedia
    In 2006, Alice and Moshe Shalvi of Shalvi Publishing Ltd. released Jewish Women: A Comprehensive Historical Encyclopedia on CD-ROM, sponsored by the Jewish Women's Archive. On March 1, 2009, in honor of Women's History Month, the Jewish Women's Archive brought the Encyclopedia online. It is freely available to anyone with Internet access. The Encyclopedia includes more than 1,700 biographies, 300 thematic essays, and 1,400 photographs and illustrations.
