SHUShelf

Joining the SHUShelf Team!

There are many ways for you to get involved with SHUShelf and regardless of how you choose to help out the initiative, every option below brings SHUShelf closer to its ultimate goal of ensuring textbook accessibility for all students! That said, here's how you can help:

Make Donations!

Send over old textbooks from past classes that are collecting dust to SHUShelf! You can do this by making an appointment with a member of the SHUShelf book facilitator team, or by dropping off your textbook(s) at a SHUShelf-designated donation station that the initiative oversees.

Facilitate book exchanges!

In this role, you will be responsible for answering requests to borrow from, and donate to, the SHUShelf
book collection. You'll be tasked with reviewing the SHUShelf database to ensure that our initiative has the book being requested for, and in the event that we do, you will be the one to facilitate the SHUShelf side of the book exchange!
