Congressional Record
Can access is text or PDF format for text mining. Volumes 144 (1998) and prior are made available as digitized versions of the Congressional Record (Bound Edition) created as a result of a partnership between GPO and the Library of Congress.
GPO and LC will continue to release digitized versions of the Bound Congressional Record all the way back to the first volume published in 1873.
