Finding Rare Books
Here's how to use SHU Search to find rare books in the Seton Hall University Libraries.

Select "Books" in the dropdown menu to the left of the main search bar.

Type your keyword and click "Go."

Once you have your search results, refine them to Location > Archives and Special Collections. (Please note there are a few Archives & Special Collections Locations)
Using Rare Books
Once you have selected the book you would like to read, you will need to set up a research appointment with the Msgr. Field Archives and Special Collections Center. Rare books may only be read on-site in the Reading Room, which is located on the first floor of the Walsh Library building.
